About the San Diego Recreation & Benefits Association
The SDRBA is dedicated to providing member benefits and services in a fun and educational environment and to foster work/life balance for employees.
The San Diego Recreation & Benefits Association is a non-profit corporation, established in 1941 as the Aircraft Industrial Council. Members meet the second Wednesday of every month at The NTC Promenade in Point Loma.
The basic goals of the SDRBA remain the same today as they were when we began, and have grown to include offering special services and discounts available only to employees of members companies. We invite you to join the organization and encourage you to participate in as many SDRBA activities as you can. New ideas and efforts are what keep the SDRBA growing!
The SDRBA is committed to serving the organizations and individuals responsible for providing services, recreation and wellness to their employees. We achieve these goals by working together.
Today’s SDRBA consists of over 200 Active and 150 Associate members representing more than 1,000,000 employees and their families.
