The San Diego Recreation & Benefits Association (RBA) was created in 1941 by local recreation leaders who saw the need to expand the recreational opportunities available to San Diego industries.
The basic goals of San Diego RBA remain the same today and have grown to include offerings of special services and discounts available only to employees of member companies. We invite you to join the organization and encourage you to participate in as many San Diego RBA activities as you can. New ideas and efforts are what keep the San Diego RBA growing.
As a member, you have access to a multitude of employee services and recreational opportunities. The networking at monthly meetings is a valuable tool in promoting goodwill and enthusiasm for our member companies and co-workers. The San Diego RBA is committed to serving the organizations and individuals responsible for providing employees services, recreation and wellness. We achieve
these goals by working together. Today's San Diego RBA consists of over 230 Active and over 194 Associate members representing almost 1,000,000 employees and their families.

Excellent Networking Opportunities
Networking opportunities are available throughout the year. Regularly scheduled luncheons provide one-on-one business connections and give informative speakers and Associate members (vendors) a chance to "showcase" their businesses.
